  • Products showing signs of use or damage after delivery
  • Minor variations in color, texture, or finish that naturally occur in handmade products

Orders may be canceled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

8. International Orders

For international shipments:

  • Customs duties, import taxes, and local charges are the responsibility of the customer.
